Clemens is known as one of the most dominant pitchers in major league history, tallying 354 wins and 4,672 strikeouts, the third-most all time, in his 24 seasons. An 11-time All-Star, two-time World Series champion, and winning seven Cy Young Awards during his career (more than any other pitcher in history). Won AL MVP Aware, All-Star Game MVP Aware and Cy Young Aware all in 1986, during which he struck out an MLB-record 20 batters in a single game. He achieved his second 20-strikeout game in 1996. He reached his 300th win and 4,000th strikeout in the same game in 2003. Clemons is the only pitcher in Major League history to record over 350 wins and strike out over 4,500 batters.
