In 1986, at the age of 20, Tyson defeated Trevor Berbick to become the youngest heavyweight champion in boxing history. This achievement catapulted him into worldwide fame and established him as a force to be reckoned with in the sport.
During his prime, Tyson was an unstoppable force in the ring. Standing at 5 feet 10 inches tall and possessing tremendous punching power, he intimidated opponents with his aggressive approach and devastating knockout ability. Tyson was known for his explosive combination punches, especially his devastating left hook, and his exceptional head movement, which made it difficult for opponents to land clean punches.
Throughout his career, Tyson held various world titles, including the WBA, WBC, and IBF heavyweight championships. He fought and defeated notable opponents such as Larry Holmes, Frank Bruno, and Michael Spinks. However, his most famous and controversial fight was against Evander Holyfield in 1997, where Tyson infamously bit Holyfield's ear, leading to his disqualification.
